These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the bd8t platform and all services under it. When you use bd8t's website, app, or any of its services, these Terms automatically apply to you. Accessing the platform or using any service means you have fully read all provisions of these Terms and have agreed to comply with them.

These Terms serve as a legal agreement between you and bd8t. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using our platform. These Terms are written in Bengali and are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

To use bd8t's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• You must create only one account under your own identity — multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• You must log in to your personal account yourself — allowing a third party to use your account is not permitted.
• You must not currently be subject to any gambling-related restriction or ban.

bd8t reserves the right to reject any registration application at any time without giving a reason. Keeping account login credentials (username and password) fully confidential is the user's own responsibility. Any activity carried out from your account will be considered your own.

bd8t follows an identity verification process to ensure a safe and transparent environment. Any one of the following government-issued documents may be required for account verification:

• Valid Passport
• Driving Licence

In addition, a recent bank statement or utility bill may be required as proof of address. bd8t reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete. Providing false or forged documents will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

bd8t offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms. The specific terms of our Welcome Bonus are given below:

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total ৳22,000

Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus combined). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses cannot be used on their own — they cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
• bd8t reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of fraud or abuse of any offer is found.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, device, or IP address is not allowed.
• Transferring bonus funds to a third party is prohibited.

bd8t supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh, keeping your transactions easy and secure.

Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically completed within 1 hour.

When depositing or withdrawing, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment account is strictly prohibited, and in such cases the withdrawal request will be cancelled.

bd8t reserves the right to verify or place any transaction on hold if it appears suspicious or requires further review. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is detected, funds will be forfeited and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games are available on the bd8t platform. The following rules apply to all gaming activities:

• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If any bet or game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bd8t will resolve it according to the relevant protocol.
• For sports betting, the official body's announcement is final in determining results.
• Combined betting ("arbitrage") from multiple accounts on the same game or market is prohibited.
• If an unusual advantage is gained from a technical error, that win will be considered void.

bd8t reserves the right to change the rules of any game at any time. Games are operated through third-party provider software (such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) and their own rules also apply.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd8t platform. Engaging in such activities will result in account closure and funds may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.
• Indirectly accessing services through a prohibited person or agent.

All content published on the bd8t platform — such as logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is the intellectual property of bd8t or its licensors. These Terms grant you only a limited licence for personal and non-commercial use.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any content without permission.
• Modifying any part of the platform or creating derivative works.
• Using content for commercial purposes.

The bd8t platform operates on an "as-is" basis. bd8t is not liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by technical disruptions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Loss caused by errors in third-party software or game providers.
• Loss arising from the user's own negligence or failure to keep account information confidential.
• Service suspension due to legal or regulatory changes.

Under no circumstances will bd8t be liable for indirect or incidental losses beyond the amount deposited or won.

bd8t reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any outstanding verified funds will be returned; however, any bonus funds or incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.
